Khao Khat Beach at the west coast of Cape Panwa has difficulties to compete with the more famous beaches of the island. Only at low tide the sea draws back to open a wide sandy beach that is mixed with shingle.
The view to the offshore islands is nice, but our impression is that this beach would benefit from getting more care. Too much rubbish impairs the delight. The bay is also very shallow and thus not really good for swimming. |
